Scope of these terms
What these terms cover, and what they do not
bbi-by.com is the website of BBI Digital Product Studio. The pages here describe the web development, mobile app development, web design, AI and IT consulting services we offer to businesses in Almaty and across Kazakhstan and the wider region. This document is the agreement between you, the visitor, and us, the studio, about how the site itself may be used.
It covers browsing, reading, sharing links and sending us a project brief. It does not cover the delivery of a project. When we agree to work together, the scope, milestones, deliverables, payment schedule and responsibilities of both sides are set out in a separate signed agreement that takes priority over anything written on this website.
We keep the wording on this page plain on purpose. If a sentence here is unclear, write to us using the details on our contact page and we will explain what it means in your specific situation before you rely on it.
On this page
Eight sections. Each one answers a question visitors ask before or after sending us a brief.
Section one
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use automated tools to extract content in a way that degrades service for others.
In practice this means reading pages normally, following links, sharing a URL with a colleague, and downloading nothing beyond what a browser caches on its own. It rules out scraping the site in bulk, probing for weaknesses in the hosting environment, and any traffic pattern that would slow the site down for other visitors or interfere with the services we run for clients.
You are responsible for your own connection, device and browser. We do not guarantee that every feature renders identically in every browser, and we may change or remove parts of the site without notice.
Section two
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and code of this site are owned by BBI Digital Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to the site. Reproducing content for commercial use requires our written permission.
Everything you see here was written, designed or built in-house or by a partner working with us. That includes the page copy, the layout, the typography choices, the interface code, and the images we commissioned. The BBI name and the way it is set are ours as well.
You are welcome to link to any page, quote a short passage in an article or internal document with a visible credit and a link back, and describe our services to colleagues or clients in your own words. What needs written permission is reuse of the design or code, republishing our copy as your own, and any commercial reproduction, including using our material in paid training, resale or template distribution.
When you send us a brief, brief attachments, brand assets or reference material, you keep ownership of them. You grant us permission to use them only to the extent needed to prepare and deliver the work we agree on.
Section three
No professional advice
Information on this site is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice for a specific situation. Engagements are governed by a separate agreement signed by both parties.
What a page can tell you
How we approach a type of project, which technologies we typically reach for, what a process looks like end to end, and where our work is located.
What only a conversation can tell you
Whether your specific budget, timeline and existing systems make a given approach realistic, and what trade-offs that choice would carry for you.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice. If a decision depends on rules that apply to your business, check them with the appropriate professional in your jurisdiction before you act on anything you read here.
Section four
Inquiries and estimates
Submitting a project brief does not create a contract. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and may change once requirements are confirmed.
How an estimate is built
We read your brief, ask about the audience, the languages the product must support, the systems it has to connect to, and who on your side signs off. From that we sketch the shape of the work and give you a range with the assumptions written down. An estimate is a planning document, not a promise to deliver at that figure.
What moves the number
Adding integrations that were not part of the first brief, changing the scope of a design after approval, bringing in content or translations later than planned, and revising a decision that had already been signed off. When any of these appear, we send a short written update before doing the extra work, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
When a contract starts
Only when both sides have signed a written agreement that sets out scope, milestones, deliverables, payment schedule and how either side may end the engagement. Until that signature exists, neither side owes the other anything beyond the courtesy of a clear reply.
Section five
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Following such links is at your own risk.
Where links go
Documentation, platform references and partner pages we point to when explaining a technology choice. They open on someone else's domain.
What we control
The link itself and the reason we included it. Not the destination's uptime, wording, pricing or data practices.
What to do
Read the privacy notice and terms of any site before you submit information there. Our own practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
How we handle personal data on this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, and our browser storage practices in the Cookie Policy.
Section six
Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
- Availability
- We aim to keep the site reachable and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting incidents and network problems outside our control can interrupt it.
- Accuracy
- Service descriptions are written to be useful rather than exhaustive, and details can change as our practice changes. If a specific detail matters to your decision, confirm it with us directly.
- Indirect losses
- Lost profit, lost business opportunity or damage to reputation arising from reliance on a page are outside what we can be responsible for. Nothing here limits rights you hold under mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
Section seven
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
When the wording changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Substantive edits are the ones worth a second read: how inquiries are handled, what we say about liability, or how intellectual property is described. Small corrections of wording or formatting are not.
If you have an active agreement with us, the signed document governs the project. These website terms continue to apply to your browsing, but they do not override the contract.

Common questions about these terms
Does sending a project brief commit me to anything?
No. A brief starts a conversation about scope, budget and timing. It creates no obligation on either side and no fee. A contract only exists once both parties have signed a written agreement covering scope, milestones, deliverables and payment.
Can I quote a paragraph from this site in my own document?
Yes, for a short passage, with a visible credit to BBI Digital Product Studio and a link back to the page you took it from. Reproducing whole pages, reusing the design or code, or including our material in paid products needs written permission first.
Which law applies to these terms?
Nothing in this document replaces rights you hold under mandatory law where you live, and the governing law and dispute route for a specific project are named in the signed agreement for that project. If you need to know how a specific clause applies to your situation, ask us in writing.
Do these terms cover work you deliver?
No. They cover your use of this website. Delivery of web development, mobile app development, web design, AI or IT consulting work is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, including its own terms on intellectual property, confidentiality and warranties.
