Tell us what you need built
Reach BBI Digital Studio by phone or email, or send a short project brief and we'll reply with questions. You don't need a finished specification to start a conversation.

Call or email
Two ways in, whichever suits the question
If your question is short, email is usually fastest. If you'd rather talk it through, call during business hours and we'll arrange a time that suits your schedule. We work in English and Russian.

Send a project brief
A useful first message covers three things
What you want built, what exists today, and when it needs to be live. If you have a budget range in mind, include it, because it shapes the options we suggest. Attach or link anything relevant — an existing site, a document, or a rough wireframe.
- What to build
- A website, a mobile app, a design refresh, an AI feature, or consulting help on a system you already run.
- What exists today
- A live product, a half-finished build, a spreadsheet process, or nothing yet — all workable starting points.
- When it needs to be live
- A target launch window and any hard deadline you already know about.
What happens after you write
A reply with questions, not a generic proposal
First reply
Usually within one business day. It comes with clarifying questions and an initial read on whether we're the right fit for the work. Complex briefs may take a little longer, because we read them properly before answering.
If it looks like a match
We schedule a call, go deeper into the problem, and follow up with a scoped estimate. We won't send a generic proposal before understanding the problem, and the first call carries no obligation on either side.
What to include for a faster answer
The more context, the more specific our reply
None of this is mandatory. Each point you add shortens the back-and-forth before we can give you a useful answer.
What the product is for
The outcome you're after and who uses it day to day — customers, internal staff, or both.
What it must connect to
CRM, billing, inventory, or an internal tool. Naming them early shapes the integration work.
Launch window and deadlines
A target date, a seasonal peak, or a hard deadline that can't move.
Who is involved on your side
Whether an in-house developer, designer, or product owner will work alongside us.
Projects we take
Where we're a good fit
We work with SMEs and mid-size companies in Kazakhstan and the wider region, and with teams that need a partner in a nearby time zone. Most conversations start with one of the following.
- Web development Marketing sites, e-commerce, and web applications built to be maintained.
- Mobile apps Customer-facing and internal apps for iOS and Android.
- UX/UI design Product and interface design, from first wireframe through to a build-ready system.
- AI solutions Practical automation, search, and language features inside tools your team already uses.
- IT consulting Technical review, architecture decisions, and vendor or stack selection.
- Staff augmentation Additional engineers or designers embedded in an existing team.
- System integration Connecting the tools a business already runs so data stops being retyped.
A first brief can be rough — a paragraph and a link is enough to start
When we're not the right fit
If a project needs only a template installation, or if the scope is a single page with no ongoing needs, a freelancer may serve you better and cost less. We'll say so rather than stretch the work to fit. The same applies if the timeline is shorter than the work can honestly be done in.

Common questions about getting in touch
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one business day. Complex briefs may take a little longer because we read them properly before answering.
Is there a minimum project size?
We take small projects when they're a clear fit, but we'll tell you honestly if a freelancer would serve you better.
Can we meet before committing?
Yes. A first call is about understanding the problem, with no obligation on either side.
Ready when the brief is
Send a paragraph, a link, or a rough wireframe. If a call is easier, we'll arrange one that suits your schedule.
