Privacy Policy
This policy explains how BBI Digital Studio handles personal data collected through bbi-by.com — what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about your data.

What this document covers
Eight chapters, in reading order. Each row below opens the matching section of the policy — you can also read straight down the page.
At a glance
What we do with your data, and what we do not
We do
- Use the details you send us to answer your inquiry and prepare an estimate.
- Keep technical logs such as IP address, browser type and visited pages to keep the site available and spot abusive traffic.
- Share data only with hosting and email providers that help us run the site, and only on our instructions.
- Disclose data when a valid legal request requires it.
We do not
- Sell your personal data to third parties.
- Keep inquiry data longer than handling your request and any resulting engagement requires, plus a reasonable record-keeping period.
- Store technical logs indefinitely — they are deleted or anonymized after a limited period.
- Use your message content for anything other than replying to you and scoping a project.
What you send
Data we collect
When you submit a contact form or send us a project brief, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. That is the substance of an inquiry — enough to reply and to understand what you are asking for. We do not ask for documents, payment details, or anything else at this stage.
Our servers also record basic technical data, including IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These records exist for security and performance: keeping the site reachable, tracing errors, and filtering automated traffic.
Purpose
Why we process your data
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and communicate about a potential or active project. If you write to us about web development, a mobile app, web design, AI work, or IT consulting, the same details simply let us reply with something useful rather than a generic answer.
Technical data is used to keep the site available and to detect abusive traffic. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not use the content of your message to build advertising profiles.
Replying to you
Answering your message, clarifying scope, and preparing an estimate where one is requested.
Keeping the site running
Availability, error tracing, and filtering automated traffic so real inquiries get through.
Grounds
Legal basis and consent
We process inquiry data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. Where consent is required by applicable law, it is requested at the point of collection and can be withdrawn by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before that point.
How long
Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized. When data is no longer needed, it leaves our systems.
Who else
Sharing and processors
We may share data with service providers that help us operate the site and our communications, such as hosting and email providers. These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose data where required by law.
What you can ask for
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion where applicable. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period. You can also ask what data came from which source and how it has been used.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Write to us from the email address you used originally, or from any address you control, and say that you are requesting a copy of your data. We will confirm which records match and return what we hold.
Can I have my inquiry deleted?
Yes, where no ongoing or legal obligation requires us to keep it. If a project is in progress, we will tell you what still has to be retained and for how long before anything is removed.
Something in my data is wrong — can it be fixed?
Send us the correction and we will update the record. If the data was shared with a provider that helps us run the site, we will pass the correction on where that is possible.
How long will a request take?
We respond within a reasonable period after we can confirm the request came from you. If a request is complex or covers a lot of history, we will tell you it needs more time rather than leave you waiting without an answer.

Reach the studio about your data
If something in this policy is unclear, or you want to make a request about your data, write to us or call during studio hours. Requests are handled by the same team that answers project inquiries.

Terms used here
Personal data and controllers
Personal data means information that can be linked to you as a person — your name, your email, your phone number, or a technical record such as an IP address. BBI Digital Studio is the controller of the data described on this page: we decide why it is held and how it is used.
Scope
What this policy covers
This document applies to bbi-by.com and to inquiries you send us through it. It does not cover third-party sites we may link to, or the internal systems of a client once a project moves into their own environment. Those have their own terms.

Everything above describes how BBI Digital Studio handles personal data collected through this site. If you want to know what a project with us looks like before you write, the services and process pages explain the work. If you only came here to check how your data is treated, the summary is short: we collect what you send us, use it to reply, keep it only as long as needed, and hand it to no one beyond the providers that keep the site running.
